この度は弊社に応募して頂きありがとう。皆様は弊社の選定基準をパスしました。今日からトレーニングが始まるが、弊社の特色について伝えたい。

□給与は平均よりやや高めに設定している。その代わり、決められたルールを守って頂きたい。それは以下のものです。
・幼児レベルの日本語を習得して頂く
・遅刻・当日欠勤は厳禁


何度も言いますが休日に関しては『公平』かつ『バランス良く』シフト組みをする。
例えば14人の講師が在籍している場合、毎日３人の講師が休み、祝日は全員が休みになります。
