この度は弊社に応募して頂きありがとう。皆様は弊社の選定基準をパスしました。今日からトレーニングが始まるが、弊社の特色について伝えたい。

□給与は平均よりやや高めに設定している。その代わり、決められたルールを守って頂きたい。それは以下のものです。
・幼児レベルの日本語を習得して頂く
・遅刻・当日欠勤は厳禁


何度も言いますが休日に関しては『公平』かつ『バランス良く』シフト組みをする。
例えば14人の講師が在籍している場合、毎日３人の講師が休み、祝日は全員が休みになります。

Dear Teachers

Thank you for your application. You have passed our criteria. We would like to tell you our specialty as your training is starting today.

Our wage is slightly higher than industry standard provided that you will comply with our rules as below.
* To learn Pre-K or Kindergarten level of Japanese
* Zero tolerance for tardy or absence without prior notice

As we repeatedly mentioned, day-off will be coordinated "fairly" and "balanced" for all teacher.
For example, three teachers will be off for the day if there are 14 registered teachers with us. Everyone is off on holiday.
