Sorry to hear the globe arrived broken. We have three choices in my opinion. 1. Returnthe item for a full refund including the original shipping charges. 2. I refund a portion of the purchase price as you suggest. 3. I can order a replacement globe and have it sent to you. No doubt the new globe will not be marked as the original.
If you want the refund.. what amount do you feel would sastisfy you as a customer? Please advise me as to your preference.

お受取になった地球儀が破損していたと聞き、大変申し訳ありません。これに対応させていただくのに、３つの方法があります。１．その地球儀を送り返し、元の送料を含む全額の返金を受ける。２．お客様の提示する購入価格の一部の返金を受ける。３．弊社で交換用のための地球儀を注文し、これをお客様に発送する。新たな地球儀には最初のように印は付けられていないと思います。
