Sorry to hear the globe arrived broken. We have three choices in my opinion. 1. Returnthe item for a full refund including the original shipping charges. 2. I refund a portion of the purchase price as you suggest. 3. I can order a replacement globe and have it sent to you. No doubt the new globe will not be marked as the original.
If you want the refund.. what amount do you feel would sastisfy you as a customer? Please advise me as to your preference.

地球儀が壊れた状態で届いたとお聞きして大変心苦しく感じております。私の考えでは三つの対応策がございます。1．最初の送料を含めた全額の返金を持って、商品を返品する。2．あなたが求められる分の返金のみを行う。3.代替品となる地球儀をオーダーし、送品する。新しい地球儀はオリジナルのマークはございません。
