We do check each item when it is logged in to your suite. We would certainly notify you if an item was damaged before we shipped it to you. It is possible that the items were damaged during transit or in customs.

Were these items in your most recent shipment that was sent via DHL Airway Bill 1234

If so, can you advise which items from the shipment were damaged? I have attached our Commercial Invoice for this shipment. The invoice lists all items in the shipment and their declared values.

I do see that you insured this shipment for the declared value of the items. Have you contacted your local DHL office directly? If not, you will need to do so to obtain a damage report.
