インド企業は日本でのビジネスにすごく苦労しています。その理由は２つあります。
一つ目は、「利益の少ない下請け構造」です。例えばウィプロやインフォシスといったインドのトップレベルのIT企業でさえ、日本で回ってくる仕事はエンドユーザーからいくつも商流を経た仕事しかこないのです。上流の段階では規模の大きい案件だとしても、彼らインド企業が請け負う下流の段階では、規模も利益も大きく目減りしてしまっています。

Question: how are Indian companies getting into Japan?
Indian firms are having a hard time doing business in Japan. There are two reasons for this.
One of them is that the structure that allows little profits to subcontractors. For instance, top Indian IT firms such as Wipro and Infosys cannot receive jobs directly from the end users. Even though they are profitable originally, those assignment arrive to Indian companies with greatly reduced sizes and profits because of the subcontracting structure in Japan.
