彼にすべての商品を追加ディスカウントをお願いしましたが、彼の会社ではそれを受け入れてもらうことができません。彼の会社では、他の全てメーカーは、キャンセル・クレーム商品はすべて返品します。しかし、今回は半分商品を返品して頂ければ残りの半分の商品は彼が責任をもって販売します。これ以上の条件は、受け入れることはできません。また、支払い条件は彼に確認しまして下記の条件で問題ないので今後宜しくお願いいます。

I've asked him to accept additional discounts to the all products, but his company doesn't accept it. To deal with other makers, his company returnes all canceled / customer complaints products to the maker. However,in this time, if you'd accept the one-half amount of the products his company returns, he takes respoinsibility to sell out the other half of the products. Any further better condition than this condition is unacceptable. And regarding the payment condition, I've confirmed with him that there is no problem the condiitions as below.
