彼にすべての商品を追加ディスカウントをお願いしましたが、彼の会社ではそれを受け入れてもらうことができません。彼の会社では、他の全てメーカーは、キャンセル・クレーム商品はすべて返品します。しかし、今回は半分商品を返品して頂ければ残りの半分の商品は彼が責任をもって販売します。これ以上の条件は、受け入れることはできません。また、支払い条件は彼に確認しまして下記の条件で問題ないので今後宜しくお願いいます。

I asked him to make additional discount on all products, but his company does not accept that deal. His company accepts return of cancelled or claimed products from all other makers. However, if you will return half of the products to his company, he will take responsibility to sell rest of the products in this case.
