ご連絡遅れてしまいました。今回、ガラスパネルが破損しておりましたが、このまま、受け取ることにします。
おそらくかなりの解決時間がかかるのと、UPSに回収される可能性があるからです。また当方も探していたものです。
ガラスパネルの破損についてはこちらで負担します。
よろしくお願い致します。
＊ちなみに今回の梱包状況ではガラスは絶対割れると思います。もっと緩衝材を多く使用しないと必ず配送中に割れます。

* By the way the packing this time is obviously not protective enough for the glass. More cushioning materials have to be used in order to guarantee the safety of the glass during delivery.
