現在の登録情報は変更せずに、この○○○を適用する事はできますか?　
このような場合、どのような手続きが必要ですか?
尚、現時点ではまだ登録情報は○○○へ変更していません。

I want to apply to ○○○, but not to sign-up,
I want to use my account that I had owned now.
I wonder if I can use my account directly for○○○ without alter any information?
If it does, how should I do?
And, I have not alter my log-in information to ○○○ by now.
