この投稿で紹介した方法の利点は以下の２つです。
１．cdecl呼び出し規約で作成されたdllの呼び出しが可能となります。
２．dll名を動的に決定することができるので、プラグインの仕組みを
もつプログラムが開発できるようになります。
（declare function構文ではdll名は動的に決定できません。）
