次回からは、SAMPLEのデリバリーに関してのみ、工場の担当者から直接INVOICE及びTRK番号の情報を送ってもらえませんか。ロゴデータをイラストレーター形式のデータとして送っていただけますでしょうか。

Please kindly arrange to send the finalized line sheet ASAP. We are afraid that we would receive fewer orders at the exhibition, if we do not receive the final line sheet on time.

Regarding the shipments for sample products, samples from company A arrived before we received the Invoice. Moreover, as for company B, there were some discrepancy on your Invoice and manufacturer's Invoice.

Therefore, regarding to deliveries of samples, from the next shipment, please ask the people in charge at manufacturers to send invoices and tracking numbers directly to our company.

Meanwhile, please send us the logo data in illustrator format.
