先日ご連絡させていただいた商品の追跡はできましたか?
もし追跡できない、商品の行方が分からないのであれば、
残念ながら一旦paypalに返金の請求を上げます。
ルールでは45日以内にクレームを上げれば受理されますが、
それまで待つつもりはありません。
7/31までにご連絡下さい。
それまでに連絡がない場合、もしくは明確な回答がない場合は残念ながら
paypalに商品が届かない返金請求を上げます。
よろしくお願い致します。
Were you able to track the item I contacted you about the other day?
If not and you don't know its whereabouts then, unfortunately, I will request Paypal for a refund.
The rules say that claims are accepted if they are within 45 days but I don't plan on waiting until then.
Please contact me by July 31st.
If I don't get an email from you by then or if you don't have a precise answer for me then, unfortunately, I will request PayPal give me a refund for undelivered goods.
