先日ご連絡させていただいた商品の追跡はできましたか？
もし追跡できない、商品の行方が分からないのであれば、
残念ながら一旦paypalに返金の請求を上げます。
ルールでは45日以内にクレームを上げれば受理されますが、
それまで待つつもりはありません。
7/31までにご連絡下さい。
それまでに連絡がない場合、もしくは明確な回答がない場合は残念ながら
paypalに商品が届かない返金請求を上げます。
よろしくお願い致します。

If you cannot and you do not know where it is,I am sorry that I will file a claim to PayPay for refund.
By the rule,we can file claim within 45 days.However,we do not intend to wait that long.
