昨日、修理をお願いしました。原因はコンデンサーの不良です。説明では、動作品とのことでしたので落札したのですが、完全に壊れてました。輸送中に壊れるものではないです。もともと

I have been trying to contact you for a while but got no response up to now…
I sent it to repair because there is no sound. There is something wrong with the condenser. I purchased this product because it was marked as "in good condition", but it was totally broken. This kind of damage cannot happen during the transportation.
