Since we honored our committment to ship the product within the time frame Amazon gives us and the product arrived and worksproper, we will not pay the shipping back. It is the customer responsibility to pay the shipping back to us if they do not like the product. I tracked the package and it shows it will deliver today. I will alert our returns department and get it processed through within 48 hours.
