rewards programも嬉しいのですが、その代わりに初期不良品の交換に応じてもらうことは可能でしょうか？
長い間お取り引きをすると、どうしても初期不良の商品が出てきます。
返品を可能にしてもらえると非常にありがたいです。

We are glad to have the reward program, but we prefer replacement of the intitial failure product instead of the reward program. Is it possible?
