ご連絡がおそくなってごめんなさい。仕事が極めてハードでした。ルーシーさんに報告が先にいったのですね。昨日、高橋さんとは話をいたしました。日本は非常に規制の厳しい国ですので、高橋さんも苦労していると伺いました。結論から言いますと、かなり真剣に取り組まないと、この規制の壁は超えられませんね。新規参入の壁は、アランさんの思いっている以上に厳しいです。しかし、何か考えられると思います。時間はかかると思いますが・・・。私の連絡先ですが、先だってお知らせしたのは携帯電話の番号です。

I'm sorry I'm coming back to you so late. My work has been so hectic. So, you were already informed about that; right, I talked with Takahashi-san yesterday. He told me that he is having a hard time since Japan is strictly regulated country.
