ROCKMAN XPRの件です。先日まで出張のため、昨日、本日と届きましたプリアンプを確認したのですが、ノイズが非常に大きく、大変困惑しております。以前も同じ商品を所有してましたので、多少のノイズがあることは把握してますがこのノイズの大きさは異常です。ギター音よりもノイズのほうが大きいです。修理しないと使うことは不可能です。修理屋に、聞いたら、最低300ドル以上はかかるとのことです。300ﾄﾞﾙで結構なので、ご返金いただけますか？納得ができません。ご連絡お待ちしております。

This is regarding ROCKMAN XPR. I was away on a business trip until recently, so I got to check the preamp only today. The noise is pretty bad, and I am pretty confused now. I owned the same item before, so I understand it's got this slight noise. However, the noise I hear from this preamp is rather abnormal. The noise is louder than the guitar sound. It is impossible for me to use it without having it repaired. I asked a repairman for the repair fee, and he told me it usually costs more than $300.00. Will you refund me $300.00 as a repair fee?
