連絡をしても構わないと言われました。

ebayでは高評価を得ているセラーです。
セラーは本物のシャフトを扱っていますか？
shaftは非純正の袋に入っています。なぜ純正の袋ではないのでしょうか？
シャフトバンド相違の理由と合わせて回答をお願いします。

When I confirmed with the seller, it was approved by USA True Temper and they know that it is sold through ebay so it is okay to contact.
The ebay seller is "GOLFBESTBUY".
This seller has obtained a high feedback on ebay.
Is the seller handling authentic shafts?
The shaft is in an unauthentic bag. Why is it not with the authentic bag?
I would appreciate it if you could answer this as well as the reason for the shaft band being different.
