第5条（アカウントの登録）

1．アカウント登録は、ユーザ名、メールアドレス、パスワード、時間帯を本Webサイトまたはアプリ上で登録する方法によって行います。アカウント登録をしたユーザ（以下「アカウント登録者」）は、アカウント情報をユーザの使用端末のIDとあわせて使用することを許諾したものとみなします。

2．アカウント登録者は本規約及びその他当社が別途定める諸規程を熟読の上、その全てに同意したものとみなし、本サービスの利用につき、本規約及びその他当社が別途定める諸規程を遵守する義務を負います。

3．アカウント登録者は、ユーザ1名につきアカウントを1個のみ付与され、複数のアカウントを保有することはできません。

4．アカウント登録者は、当社が付与したアカウントを第三者に譲渡及び貸与することはできません。

5．パスワードを含むアカウント情報の管理は、アカウント登録者の責任において行うものとし、アカウント情報を利用して行われた行為の責任は当該アカウントを保有しているアカウント登録者の責任とみなします。

Article ５（The registration of accounts）

1．Users can register your account by entering your user name, e-mail address, password, time zone on this web site or on the application. Users who registered their accounts（called “account registrants” from now） are regarded as ones who allow the information of the accounts to be used together with their terminal ID.

2．Account registrants are regarded as ones who accept all this contract and any other rules which we define separately after they read them carefully. Then, they are obliged to obey this contract and other any other rules defined when they use this service.

3．Only one account is given to each account registrant, not more than one.

4．Account registrants can’t give or rent their accounts to the third person.

5．Account registrants are responsible to manage their information including passwords on their own. They are also responsible for any activities done through their account’s information.
