I am a problem-solving consultant for leases. I belong to the leasing division of Sumitomo Forestry Residential Co., Ltd.
Lease problems in Japan are very complex compared to overseas and there are many things not covered in the laws so it's a difficult situation to solve for the parties concerned. As such, we don't rely on just the laws. We offer case-by-case problem solving propositions and aim for harmonious solutions.
And we're also accepting investments to our leasing business. The investment yield isn't very much if you're focused on income gain, but we recommend it to those considering a long-term investment.
