一つあたり9ドルの送料は高いです。

I would like to confirm couple of things.
If I purchase through ebay, it will be 154 dollars including the shipping fee.
The 9 dollars shipping fee per unit is a little expensive to me.
Would it be alright if I purchased it for 146 dollars including the shipping fee?
