Additional info: メールでのやり取りです。また商品は手首につけるバンド状のもので留め金の部分を外して手首につけはめ出来るようになっています。

この商品を4/7に購入しまし、4/15に受け取りました。そして昨日始めて使用しようとしたのですが、商品の留め具の部分が壊れていてカチッととまりません。商品を返品して送料以外全額を返金していただくか、落札額の6割を返金していただきたいと考えています。どのようにすればいいかなるべく早くご連絡ください。

I bought this item on April 7 and received on April 15. Yesterday I tried to use it for the first time but the fastener is broken and doesn't make a clicking sound. I would like to return this and get a refund for this without the shipping fee or would like you to return 60% of the bidding price to me.
Wichever you choose would be fine with me.
