この商品を4/7に購入しまし、4/15に受け取りました。そして昨日始めて使用しようとしたのですが、商品の留め具の部分が壊れていてカチッととまりません。商品を返品して送料以外全額を返金していただくか、落札額の6割を返金していただきたいと考えています。どのようにすればいいかなるべく早くご連絡ください。

I bought this product April 7. And received April 15.

And then, I tried to use it, but I noticed a catch(clasp) of the product was broken.

Can I return a purchase? Or, I hope 60% refund of the Product purchase price.

Please advise me on what to do.
