私は貴方の店のアカウントを所持しており、今回初めて商品の購入手続きをしました。ところが、支払が出来ずに困っていますので、どうぞ助言ください。PROCEED TO PAYMENTから先に進めません。私はクレジットカードでの支払いをしたいのです。何度か、やり直したので、私のRecords Ordersには5つのオーダーが入っています。それらの番号は、200、・・・ですが、必要なのは一つのオーダーだけです。とりあえず、私のために商品を2個を確保しておいてくれますか。
Hello, I have my account of your shop, and have bought an item for the first time. However, I have a trouble, i.e. I cannot proceed to payment. Kindly please advise me how to solve this problem. I cannot go ahead from “PROCEED TO PAYMENT”. I want to make payment with my credit card. I tried several times to proceed, so there are 5 orders in my Records Orders. The Order numbers are 200, ・・・, but I want to place only one order. Can you please keep 2 units tentatively for me?
