ようやく昨日商品を受け取りましたが、
届いたアイテムは２台とも壊れていました。

１台目：前側の支柱がとれていた。
２台目：上部カバーが割れていた。

さらに悪いことには、
銀色の玉が入った袋が２つとも破れていて、
ばら撒かれ、機械本体に入り込んでひどい状況です。
前回もそうでしたよ。

メールアドレスを教えて貰えれば証拠画像も送ります。

この件につきまして至急応答願います。
返金を強く望みます。

I have finally received the shipment yesterday, however, both of them were broken.
The first one: The front brace was off.
The second one: The top cover was broken.
To make matters worse, the both bags of silver balls are torn and the broken pieces were into the machine. It is a mess. The previous time was like this.

If you give me your email address I wll send you the pictures to prove what I say to you.

I would like to have your reply regarding this matter.
I demand a refund from you.
