ようやく昨日商品を受け取りましたが、
届いたアイテムは２台とも壊れていました。

１台目：前側の支柱がとれていた。
２台目：上部カバーが割れていた。

さらに悪いことには、
銀色の玉が入った袋が２つとも破れていて、
ばら撒かれ、機械本体に入り込んでひどい状況です。
前回もそうでしたよ。

この件につきまして至急応答願います。

I have finally received the items yesterday; however, both items are damaged.

1st unit: front column was apart
2nd unit: Crack on upper cover

Make things even worse, the two of the bags that silver balls are in were torn and silver balls were scattered all over the machine.
The same thing happened last time as well.

I will send you pictures to prove the situation if you let me know your email address.

Please immediately provide your response regarding this issue.
