残念な事にあなたから購入した商品Aに不具合がありました。

私のお客様から先日、返品されました。

返品の理由はタイヤの磨耗による破裂です。

新しいタイヤに変える処置をしましたが、
すぐに磨耗が起こってしまい、商品Aは返品されました。

I'm afraid to inform you that the item A which I bought from you has a problem.

My customer returned it back to me the other day.

The reason of return is the burst caused by worn tire.

I changed it to the new tire, however it wears very quickly and the item A was returned.

I checked it many times and I think the bearing of tire has a problem.

I'm sorry to say that, but I would like you to send me one rear tire set of item A as a substitute for this one.
