野村：新型コロナウイルス感染拡大前から新規事業開発は進めていましたが、コロナ禍になってより必要性が増したのは事実ですね。実際に外出制限、イベントや営業の自粛、イベント人数制限による来場者減が主な要因となって大きな損失が生じました。仮にコロナが収束したとしても以前と同じ状態に戻るのは難しいと推察したうえで、中長期的な目標を見据えたビジネスモデルの変革（＝新規事業展開）を意識するようになりました。
