A社向けについては、A社の承認ベンダーに容器等の見積もりを取ることが必須です。
弊社は韓国に承認ベンダーが2社ほどあるのですが、現在2社ともキャパオーバーで見積もりを断られてしまいました。
そのため、大変申し訳御座いませんが、今回はお見積を辞退せざるをえない状況です。
もし貴社でA社の承認ベンダーをご存知であれば、教えていただけますと、もしかするとお見積を進められるかもしれません。

WEB会議の日程について、ご提示いただいた10/21は私も上長も不在のため、次の週でお願いしたいです。

About toward to A firm, it is a must to have an estimate such as to A firm's approvable vendor.
We have accepted two vendors in South Korea, all of the two firms currently are not accepting estimate for vendor.
Therefore, we are really sorry but it is a situation to not have the estimates.
If you know the A firm's vendors, and if you let us know, it might be proceeded the estimates.
As for WEB meeting date, the date you told us is inconvenient as my boss and I will be at work on 21 October, and so please make it for the next week.
