今日はあいにくの雨の天気ですが、雨でも楽しめるのが森の散策と洞窟探検です。

ここは国立公園の特別保護地区になっていますのでルールがあります。登山道を外れて歩くのが許されていません。歩いて良いのがこの登山道だけです。まわりの苔や植物、木の根っこなどは踏まないようにお願い致します。あとは動植物の採取もいけませんので、ここの石や花やコケは持っていかないようにしてください。

洞窟内は氷の上や少し動く岩の上など不安定な場所を歩いていきますので、基本的には三点支持の姿勢でいてください。

Even though it rains today, what is enjoyable in this kind of day is to search for caves.

As this is a national protected park, there are some rules. To walk out of the mountain paths is not permitted. This road is the only one to walk. Please be careful not tread on the moss , plants, and routs of the trees. And to take animals and plants are forbidden too, please take the stones, flowers and moss home with you.

As there are ice and rocks move when you walk on them, basically please walk in a three-point supporting posture.
