回答に時間を要するものは別途確認の上再度連絡します。AからBの結果を3/4までに提供する様昨日依頼が届いたが
それは我々にとって非常に困難です。C,Dと日程が重なっており前提の更新もあり作業にもう1週間程度必要と考えています。
Aは今週中に提供可能です。BはおそらくEを使うと思いますが弊部で再検討が必要です。

Some inquiries cannot be answered immediately. I will check and reply by the end of the day.
If it takes time for me to respond, I will contact you again after confirming your request. I received a request yesterday from A to provide the results of B by March 4. But,It is very difficult for us to provide the results of A to B by March 4, as the dates overlap with C and D and we need another week to update the assumptions. Therefore, I expect to need another week or so to work on it.
A can be provided by the end of this week; B will probably use E, but we will need to review it.
