回答に時間を要するものは別途確認の上再度連絡します。AからBの結果を3/4までに提供する様昨日依頼が届いたが
それは我々にとって非常に困難です。C,Dと日程が重なっており前提の更新もあり作業にもう1週間程度必要と考えています。
Aは今週中に提供可能です。BはおそらくEを使うと思いますが弊部で再検討が必要です。

I am sorry but please allow me to amend or email about the matter owing to my busy schedule for today and tomorrow.
I am not able to answer a part of your questions but I will reply to it under confirmation by today.
I will contact you right away after confirming if it takes time again. It is so hard to get you a result from A to B by the 4th of March even though we got a request yesterday. Because of overlapping schedules with C and D, we think we need one more week time as we revise the update of premises.
A will be available by this week. Presumably, E will be used for B, but we have to examine it again.
