弊社の法務からA社がアメリカの制裁対象企業にリストアップされていると指摘を受けました。
もし弊社が本プロジェクトを受注しても、日本の銀行がBond発行や入金の拒否をする可能性が高いです。
（製品を製作しても、お金の回収が出来ないリスクが高い）

そのため、大変申し訳御座いませんが、本件についてはお断りさせていただきたく存じます。
B社からも同じプロジェクトの引き合いを受領しておりますが、同じ理由でお断りさせていただいている状況です。

Even if we accept an order of this project, it is highly possibility that Japanese banks will refuse to issue Bond and make payment.
(It is high risk that even if we will produce products, we will not able to receive money)

Therefore, we are very sorry but we would like to refuse this project.
We have also received the inquiry for the same project from Company B, but we have declined it for the same reason.
