I am sorry for the late reply. I've been away for a while on summer vacation.
I'd like to share with you the link to the DX training videos which I asked you for advice for before I left for vacation (now I've granted access to Mr. Chang only).
The title of the video is "The Basics of DX You Can't Ask Now" and there are 10 videos in the link.
You can view them in order of number.
The director of HR Services also viewed the videos beforehand and commented that the industry examples (5-10 in the videos) ware interesting.
