今回の問題は、アマゾンのポリシーと英国のルールを理解していなかったことにあります。私の知識不足でした

改善策として、以下を本日、実施しました

アマゾンの規約とポリシー、そして英国のルールを確認し、内容を理解した上でマニュアルを作成しました。

私以外の従業員にもマニュアルを配布し、教育を行いました。

amazonの在庫リストを全て消去しました。

今後は、商品を出品する際には、私以外の別のスタッフも加えることで、問題ない商品どうかのダブルチェックします。

This time's issue is because Amazon's policy and the UK's rule were not understood. It was my fault.

As an improvement of this, we implied the followings.

We created a manual after checking Amazon's rules and policy and the UK's rules.

We taught them our staff by distributing its manual too.

We deleted all Amazon's sock list.

In the future, when listing items, by adding other staff including I, we will double-check if they are items with not issues.
