日本が米国に敗北した前年の1944年（昭和19年）の大日本帝国海軍の非常に希少な求人のポスター
この年に募集された練習生は僅か数ヶ月～1年に満たない短い期間の飛行練習で戦闘機に乗り込み米軍に特攻（神風）をした
戦闘機の数が足りなかった為、人間魚雷と呼ばれた兵器の「かいてん」、特攻ボート「しんよう」、人間機雷「ふくりゅう」で特攻する隊員も多かった

古いポスターなので傷み、汚れはあるが、1944年のポスターとしては良い状態だ

A very rare job poster for the Imperial Japanese Navy in 1944, the year before Japan was defeated by the United States
The trainees recruited in that year flew in a fighter plane and made a suicide attack (Kamikaze) on the U.S. forces in a short flight training period of only a few months to less than a year.
Because there were not enough fighters, many troops made a suicide attack using a weapon called a human torpedo, "Kaiten," a suicide boat, "Shinyo", and a human torpedo, "Fukuryu."

It's an old poster, so it's damaged and it is dirty, but it's in good condition for a 1944 poster.
