→こちらはY社長からのリクエストで7月上旬に報告予定です。会社は、昨年度コロナの影響で中止した研修をオンライン会議やeラーニングといった形で復活させていますが、課題は色々と残ったままで、その課題の1つが件離職向け研修です。Y社長が特に興味があるのが”M&Aを繰り返してもうまくいっているように見える企業では、管理職向けにどのような研修を行っているのか?”です。
私も国内事例を調べていますが、韓国での事例も参考にしたいです

→This is a request from President Y, it is planned for early July. The company brought back the induction courses that were suspended last fiscal year due to corona via online meetings and e-learning, but there are a lot of challenges remaining, and one of the challenges is induction for managerial positions. President Y is particularly interested in how would a company that looks like it's going well even after repeated M&A perform training for managerial positions?
I am investigating for domestic examples as well, but I'd like to use the case in Korea as reference.
