2)M&A後の企業で実施している/すべき管理職向け研修
→こちらはY社長からのリクエストで7月上旬に報告予定です。会社は、昨年度コロナの影響で中止した研修をオンライン会議やeラーニングといった形で復活させていますが、課題は色々と残ったままで、その課題の1つが件離職向け研修です。Y社長が特に興味があるのが”M&Aを繰り返してもうまくいっているように見える企業では、管理職向けにどのような研修を行っているのか?”です。
私も国内事例を調べていますが、韓国での事例も参考にしたいです
