一昨日はお疲れの所、ミーティングありがとうございました。
秘密保持契約も含めた契約書の件に関しては私達もちょうどあなたに訪ねようと思っていたところでした。
ミーティングでもお話したように、私達は今、法人設立の手続きの最中で、設立日が６月３０日になります。

いただいた契約書に記載のある会社名は、今回CEOに就任する田中が元々所有している会社名です。
なので、設立日以降に契約書を交わしたいと思っています。
