現在我々に提供された前提に基づいたおおまかな試算と、そこから考えられるリスクについて相談させて下さい。

Dは開始時期が遅れるため範囲外でしたが、Pは別に去年確認を行い提供要望があった為記載しました。
また数量はE,Fの合計となっています。しかしこれは合計ではなくE,Fを分けて表記すべきとの
依頼を他部門からも受けているため、その様に修正した資料を再発行します

The quantity becomes the total of E and F. However, other department request us that we should write E and F separately, not in total. So, we will reissue the revised document as they ask.
