アマゾンがこのようなレポートを求めるのは、不良率が異常に高すぎるときです。
私は長いこと中国輸入をやってきましたが、不良率で出品停止になるのははじめてです。

今回レポートを求められたのは下記の不良です。

薪ストーブで使用しました。それほど燃焼していない状態でも700度以上を示すなど不正確すぎる。
正確な温度の判断が微妙。


商品の交換等をはじめとするアフターサービスは対策ではなく、納品前の段階で不良品が除去される方法をご検討下さい。
個体不良とご判断された場合、その根拠をご提示ください。

Amazon requests for a report as such when the defect rate is abnormally high.
