アマゾンがこのようなレポートを求めるのは、不良率が異常に高すぎるときです。
私は長いこと中国輸入をやってきましたが、不良率で出品停止になるのははじめてです。

今回レポートを求められたのは下記の不良です。

薪ストーブで使用しました。それほど燃焼していない状態でも700度以上を示すなど不正確すぎる。
正確な温度の判断が微妙。


商品の交換等をはじめとするアフターサービスは対策ではなく、納品前の段階で不良品が除去される方法をご検討下さい。
個体不良とご判断された場合、その根拠をご提示ください。

When the rate of defective product is high, Amazon requests such report.
I have long been importing products from China and this is my first time that I am banned to list them due to the rate.

This time, the report about the defect below is requested.

It was used with fuelwood stove. It displays over 700 degree even when the fuelwood is not burning very much.
It is quite not accurate to measure the temperature.

The after service such as replacing the item with new one is not a countermeasure. Please tell me the way to eliminate defective products at the timing of delivery.
In the case that it turns out individual defective, please show me the reason.
