これまでAという商品を何度も利用していますが、1台だけおかしい機器があります。

箱や本体のラベルは、Aと記載。ラベルのシリアルナンバーもAと記載。

Utiliityでチェックすると製品名はBという表示。

起動後のシステム画面でも製品名はBという表示。

ライブ画面の時には、「HDDを設置しなさい」とのエラー表示が出ます。
これはAではなく、Bとして認識しているため、使用ができない状況です。

認識されているシリアルナンバーやMACアドレスも間違っていて困っています。

対応策を教えてください。

I have used Product A many times, but I see one A is strange.

This is because it is recognized not A but B. So, I cannot use it.

The recognized serial number and MAC address is not wrong. I am quite at a loss.
