日本語へ変換しての返信メールを送っていただきましたこと、気を使っていただきありがとうございます。
塗装道具の点で一つ気になることがあります。
短時間で何度も作業行程を繰り返すために早く塗料を乾かす必要があります。よってドライヤーは2人1組ぐらいで一本は必要になります。講習を受ける方が5人だとすると、2〜3本は必要になります。
そして、〇〇メンバーに対してもこのクラスを受講してもらうことも視野に入れたほうが良いかとは思います。

Since we are repeating the process multiple times in a short period of time, we need to dry the paint quickly. For that reason, we need one drier for each group of two people. With 5 people taking the training, we need 2-3 units.
Also, I think that it's a good idea to consider having the 〇〇 member take this class as well.
