質問が2つあります。
1.12月に発注して未発送のキットには送料がかからないとメールがありましたが、オーダー残のキットの発送にも送料が加算されますか?
2.あなたの会社の商品が人気なので新オーダーを入れたいのですが、未発送のオーダーが終わってからのほうが良いですか?それとも新しいオーダーをすぐに送っても良いですか?

"新オーダー" should not be translated too literally in English. "Another order" will be a better expression because it conveys a continuation of relation.
