私は米国内で一切の再販売を行っていません。
その為フロリダ州のセラーズパーミットも必要ありませんので持っていません。
いつも荷物の発送先に指定しているのはフロリダ州にあるの荷物の国際転送業者です。

フォームを記入して返送出来れば簡単ですが、フロリダで再販売している訳ではないので記入欄が埋められません。

I do not have a seller's permit in Florida, as I do not need one.
I always send the package to an agent in Florida which forwards shipment internationally.

It would be simple if I could fill in the form and send it back to you, but I can't finish the form as I don't resell products in Florida.
