注文した製品をカスタマーに納品したのですが、
18台中、10台のノズルに同じ不具合が出ています。
液体を入れ、何もしない状態でもノズルの先端から液が垂れます。
ノズルの先端をジェルタイプからスプレータイプに変えたことが原因のようです。
カスタマーからは、18台全てのノズル全体を交換するようにクレームがあり、
至急18個のスプレータイプのノズル（先端だけでなく全て）を送ってもらえないでしょうか。

We have delivered the products, but 10 out of 18 units have defect nozzles.
After pouring liquid, there is some leakage out from the tips of the nozzles without touching them.
We suppose the cause is changing the tip of nozzle from gel type to spray type.
Customers filed complaints to replace all the 18 nozzles, so please URGENTLY send the "spray type" nozzles to replace all the 18 nozzles.
