注文した製品をカスタマーに納品したのですが、
18台中、10台のノズルに同じ不具合が出ています。
液体を入れ、何もしない状態でもノズルの先端から液が垂れます。
ノズルの先端をジェルタイプからスプレータイプに変えたことが原因のようです。
カスタマーからは、18台全てのノズル全体を交換するようにクレームがあり、
至急18個のスプレータイプのノズル（先端だけでなく全て）を送ってもらえないでしょうか。

I delivered an item I ordered to customer. But I found a defect at nozzle of ten items among eighteen items.
After we put the liquid and do not do anything, the liquid is leaked from top of the nozzle.
The cause is that the top of the nozzle was changed from jel type to spray type.
The customer made a claim that he or she requested to change the nozzle of all eighteen items. Would you send eighteen spray type nozzles immediately? Please send not only the top, but all.
